Portal 1 Vs Portal 2

Both. Both are very good games. Portal 2 has co-op mode and some new stuff but Portal 1 has very nice gameplay too. I have both and I love them.

There is no versus, i liked both.

Story in both is wonderful. (CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT THEY'RE 2 GAMES A SEQUEL AND THE ORIGINAL AND THEY TAKE PLACE IN THE SAME PLACE AND SAME PEOPLE /rantoff) Portal 1 was damn easy though, at least compared to 2. I was stuck half the game, ffs. Voice acting and content are amazing in 2. The easter eggs (most of which scared me to death) were interesting and made you think.

They're both amazing but I think they're meant to be played 1 before 2, as most games are....

Portal. THere is no 1 or 2. It's just Portal.

You gotta admit though...

the endsong was much better in portal 1 :D

Portal 2, if only for Stephen Merchant's Wheatley.

Portal 2, Workshop... defeats any point about levels being too easy and you get way more ;)

Portal was a challenge and better paced.

The puzzles in portal 1 are harder and in my opinion, better. I kinda struggled with them but the puzzles in portal 2 were a piece of cake. Overall, I had more fun with portal 2.

Although Portal 2 has more content and is more worth your money, Portal 1 is more "perfect"

They're both excellent games. Obviously Portal 2 has much more to do in it and more story, but sometimes I miss the clinical straight testing feel of the first one.
