I would be happy, paypal takes too many taxes on my country, and I have tons of steam wallet.

What taxes? I'm Brazilian too and the only Tax I pay is the IOF (6.38%) and is not paypal's fault, since any international money transaction pays that. Unless you're using paypal service to change the currency that takes another 3.5%, that plus IOF is about 10.1%.
That being said, Valve would never do it without taxes, we pay taxes inside steam all the time, except for games, selling and buying items and cards in the market have 15% in taxes.
If it comes for 7% or less then is worthy

Would never happen, but if it did, then you would be taxed on any marketplace earnings.

That would never happen. A tip for those of you without a credit/debit card is just borrow your parent's. I did it all the time when I was under 18.

But some people's parents don't allow them to.

That's pretty shitty of them if that's the case, but of course that's just my humble opinion.

you dont expect a parent who values his money a lot to accept if you go "hey can you give me your credit card info so i can put it on this website that its not from our country (question may vary)"

Would be pretty nice... because all that money I made from trading cards (it's not that much really^^) is useless in my steam wallet as the steam sales aren't all that juicy any more. Maybe every decade or two there is a title I really want at 75+% discount.

Would be great to use Steam Wallet for sure.

Would be useful for users but Steam would lose money as they would actually be encouraging us to buy from third party bundles. Of course, now we have the option but they don't encourage us to do it.

It'd be like free games forever. Buy bundle games. sell steam cards. get free bundles.

IF it were possible, then resellers would be mostly out of business, which isn't a bad thing for anyone but those resellers themselves.

However it'll probably never happen, since I don't think Steam supports A: Any sort of variable price (the pay what you want model in this case) and B: I don't think Steam purposely allows "limited run" buys on their store (in other words, games available for a set amount of time before no longer being purchasable).

It's kind of a shame, since I think Humble could see MANY more sales if this happened.

Would be awesomesauce but Steam won't ever allow it. They want their wallet system to be as closed as possible - maximizing profit.

i want steam to allow me to add whatever custom amount i want to my steam wallet, instead of the predetermined amounts it has now.
