it is true, I don't enter a lot of GA's. I am not a collector and have a very limited wishlist that I chip away from during sales - so there is not much opportunity for me to enter GA's. Although admittedly is of my own doing.

Because I killed server owner when he had quad damage and I used it myself to beat his score (it was about 30 seconds before time runs out) and I won with one frag more.

Then I hosted my own server and it got pretty popular (for that time around with peaking 50-100 players).

I am banned from commenting in the official steamgifts group because at that time there were a lot of announcements and I wrote a single "no" comment in every on of them the second they were posted, I kept doing this for weeks

I always comfort myself by thinking the mod had a bad day. Most notably I got banned from Steam forums by saying horse armor for Skyrim shouldn't be sold. They lifted my ban after a week when they saw nobody was in support of that idea.

I got randomly kicked from a Steam group that I joined through a SteamCompanion giveaway. One day I noticed I was gone from it and contacted a mod to ask why. The mod asked the owner of the group who claimed to have kicked me for 'advertising sites'. I told the mod that I had never ever used the group or posted anything, and asked him to ask the owner to investigate and/or provide some evidence to the claim. According to the mod, the owner refused to do either thing and stood by his lies. Some weeks later, the mod told me that he had been kicked as well for 'disagreements'.
The sad thing is that this Steam group has tens of thousands of members, and yet the owner is such an asshole.

I once got banned on a forum because the moderator misclicked. He was supposed to ban the person under me. I got an email apologizing and then a day later I was back because an admin reinstated my account.

I played on a beginner server in BF3 for a while, learned where the vehicles would spawn in the mostly-infantry maps, so if you could hog a vehicle and play safe you could rack up a lot of kills on people running about. One time I got about 30 kills without dying (after having died a few times during ordinary combat before I found a vehicle) by doing hit-and-run all around the map. Then I got permanently banned from the server by a mod for "hacking". I guess it was fair enough in the end since I was probably a bit more skilled than the average beginner at that point, but I found the reason hilarious.

Only time I ever got banned in something was for being on the winning side in a TF2 match.
The server admin was on the other team, so they got mad and banned the whole team for "obvious hacking" :D

Was removed from a mod position and then kicked because the group owner decided my taking 15 minutes to reply to a message he sent me meant I hated him. Apparently using the bathroom's illegal in his part of the world :P

From the official PAYDAY 2 Steam group a looooong time ago because I had criticized their business practice of putting out the crazy amount of frequent DLC packs. I used no profanity in said criticism, so you can see how Overkill deals with people. They simply censor anything they don't like. The funny part is what a joke of a company Overkill is and how unprofessional their conduct has been at times, which goes all the way back to when PAYDAY 1 was still in its heyday if I am to be perfectly honest.
