I found dead horde to be fun. It does get boring a few levels in. Co-op keeps it fun, and speed running to get the time trail stuff if you like that stuff will keep it fun for you.

Runespell seems nice game indeed, i dont think i would play the others.

Runespell is like Solitaire took steroids and started having unprotected sex with Poker.

It's alright, it takes awhile to learn it and get the right spell/item combo. Sadly you can't use the spells you like about 50% of the time, instead you have to choose specific spells that will win the battle otherwise you won't win. It gets pretty hard.

Runespell is pretty cool if you dig that style. But when are they going to have a bundle with the Puzzle Quest and Eschalon games in it??

Pretend that those games you already have aren't included in the bundle. Now, with the "recycled games" argument out of the way, how much would you be willing to spend for the 3-4 other games? If still no more than 5c then fair enough.

It's normal they're recycled. The founders of the bundles ask the developers to get the licenses for free instead of buying the games from retail. Obviously only a few games will end up in any bundle, and they're the games that have stopped selling. Getting in a bundle is a great way for the dev to sell some more copies, but obviously you get much less money - if a game still sells at full price, the dev doesn't need to get it in a bundle.

It's a cycle. In a month or two we'll have new games on the market and bundles won't have any game from the cycle we're in right now. They will, however, still offer recycled games - namely, the ones we'll get in the next cycle.

imo, these bundles are more about the supporting the devs than about taking advantage of near-free games; they are a 'humble' and VERY inexpensive gift being given in exchange for asking for fans to support future indie projects. It's a matter of perspective, and that's mine.

So if 2/5 games are recycled and you're paying .05, does that mean you normally would pay around .07 or .08???

Some people didn't buy previous bundles so they don't have those games ( like me :P ) so i think its a nice bundle.

If you like death match games, Booster Trooper is a really fun game, not something you'll play all day long (unless you have friends) but it is something easy to jump into when you have nothing else to play and doesn't seem to be the type of game that will lose it's 'fun-ness' further down the road.

If you like tower defense, Sol Survivor is quite a lot of fun especially in co-op. If this bundle can be had for around $5, I'd say it's worth that price for Sol Survivor alone.

probably because they're all legitimately good games (except maybe Runespell, not too sure)

Greed Corp is available in Indie Gala 2 Big Saver. However, I think you would probably get it cheaper with Face Kick. I myself only bought IGala2 Big Saver for Greed Corp, actually.
