Guys, I'd like to ask for a favour

Long story short, I received a key for Fallout: NV from a mate living in US, then I traded for some DLCs also with somebody from NA region. After finishing the DLCs I decided to buy another one in the Steam store and it turns out that the DLC I bought can't be redeemed due to region restrictions. As far as I know, Steam doesn't refund purchased stuff, so I'm stuck with a useless DLC I can't play. Could gift it here, but I really wanted to play it and this was my last amount of "pocket" money to spend.

Therefore I'm looking for someone to trade me an NA version of Honest Hearts for my EU-CZ-RU version. As there probably will be nobody with such an item in his equipment, maybe there's somebody that wants to submit something worth 5 euros here (like my DLC :P)? I'll add something up to 1,30 euros from my Steam wallet. I really really really want to acquire the NA version of the DLC in order to play.
