On your purchase page you will see a button to increase your payment. If you do so within ~30 days then you will get the other games! You lock the price as it's called. So if you buy the first tier and pay $1, you will only have to pay $8 more to unlock tier 3! ^^

I have already noted in the OP when the bundle came out that these are separate keys ((in bold) as well as provided an image for proof.
