I don't use adblocks or anything, usually I just try to pay the least attention possible to advertising, though some times it grabs my attention. The ones I click the most are probably some that pop up on facebook after I've been searching for something in particular at google, ebay or amazon.

Sorry, would love to participate but cannot because of bad survey design ;p You forgot that there is always a possibility for "Other" anwer that you should include with a mandatory comment explanation form. Few examples from myself:

For over 5 years now I do not have TV (well I have TV but no television connetced - it serves just for consoles, DVDs and streaming from PC), so I cannot answer about all questions regarding TV advertisement.

I am vegetarian so I don't eat at fastfood restaurants.

I already have Interstellar Marines, but took the survey anyway. Some of the questions don't apply to me because I use a DVR to record TV and watch it later and skip the ads. I've pretty much become desensitized to ads over the years. I hardly notice them anymore.
