{3 Giveaways inside }Did you own a classic gameboy?

I have a gameboy pocket. (with tetris, pokemon blue, some mario tetris like game(i dont remember the title.), and Zelda (its in german, and i cant save, because saves are gone if i power off my gameboy :( ))

My first was a Gameboy Pocket. We've come so far since then! Jack N' Jill looks like a cool throwback. I'll try it out on my Droid later.

My little sisters had an old Game Boy, and I snuck a bit of Pokemon on it. Not a whole lot, though, since the batteries died quickly, and the GB disappeared almost immediately afterwards.

I still have my fat Gameboy. I bought the green colored one.

I only had tetris and pokemon yellow, and I played the hell out of both of them

I did. Had Speedball 2, which was awesome, Tetris, and a few other games I can't remember.

Yep, the first Gameboy to come out, still got it. Missing the battery cover, but it still works. :)

I did, even got it when it first came out. My first lesson in why you never buy a system right when it comes out because the first run of gameboys had defective LCD screens that eventually would get a bunch of lines in them and make it very hard to play. Only good thing is Nintendo gave free replacements of them and you could get the repair done at a local shop for free even out of warranty.

I have to admit, I so miss the days when warranty service on computers and consoles was able to be done locally. You called support and they'd give you a local shop to drop it off at or send someone local out to your place to fix it.

Never owned one, but I had a sweet ass Yellow GBC. #Swag

I still have mine: A Gameboy Deep Black (not Pocket) and a Gameboy Advance Indigo. They should both still work, but the older Gameboy loses its display cover sometimes :/

I got two GBC, and I used them to trade pokémons between my games. :forever alone:

I had GBC first, then GBA
my cousin had SP xD

Now I don't have any of those sold them, since I stopped playing when I got my own PC
