Can I open a Gleam.io giveaway for a bundled game that is not giveable anymore with steamgifts?
I think you can. Not 100% sure.
Although I don't get what you mean with the Youtube videos

Well even if this isn't a referral link, I'm not sure if you are allowed to do this or not.
If you check the bottom of this page, you'll see that there is a 3 days suspension for advertising (although oddly this isn't mentioned in the guidelines. Maybe something in the Terms of Service ?).
So it depends if they see this as advertising or not. I suggest you clear things with the staff before doing this (you can create a ticket in the Other category for that.)
But come on, these are just free keys you hoarded... if you want to promote your channel, at least buy a bundle for it

yes, I want to do this...but i don't think i can give game that are on SG list...is this the problem...
even better I want to (eventually) create a site one day where I can give nice game and not freebies...but, as you said, I can't advertise here...xD

You can't advertise in the forums, but you can in the description of a giveaway.
You can get bundles for $1. You don't have that to spare ?

Nope, do not ask for support members or moderator's help in the chat. You may ask for help from the chat users, however.
If you want help from the staff, you need to create a support ticket: http://www.steamgifts.com/support/tickets

I don't understand the question. What's Gleam.io? What's the game? Do you have Steam keys?

gleam.io is one giveaway program where you get a ticket for doing task and can partecipate in a giveaway, in my case for watch a youtube video and partecipate to win a game that is not on SG anymore, like battlepaths, cubetractor, or any game that was free in past times...

Gleam.io is a thing for running giveaway competitions and promoting your YouTube or whatever at the same time. Similar to rafflecopter. I'm assuming he intends posting links to his Gleam.io giveaways (of free games) in discussions. I don't know if it would be breaking any rules myself.

Yes, I see that, but the game isn't in list anymore because was free and was deleted for this reason...they don't add anymore this kind of game, and I want to post on this site only the link to reach an applet with external giveaway not on this site...

Let me see if I understand this: You want to force users to subscribe your YT channel and/or follow you on Fb/Twitter to get a chance to win a game that is not in the list? (probably one of those free games, like Chip, Cubetractor, etc)
I don't think there is a rule against that, but some people might blacklist you for this.

Hmm, this is in the grey area at best. You will probably get blacklisted by more people than those willing to watch your videos. Best route would be to buy a bundle (DIG or IG Happy Hour are the best for this) and just leave a link to said video in the description, asking peeps to check it out if they want to. No need to do this weird run around for past free games.

You can. I leave a random video that usually links to a song I like in most of my giveaway without issue. The part where you can get banned for advertising is if you just made a thread that just linked and nothing else. If you make a giveaway and asked nicely (i.e. not make it a requirement to watch said video but an option), you will be fine. There is a guy who makes daily giveaways here already just for the sole purpose of promoting his channel: here.

I sell paintings online and I asked the mods about promoting my stuff when I first started using the site. I was told it is fine to post links in giveaways as long as they aren't referral links and you don't actually require anyone to do anything (such as 'like' a facebook page) to enter a giveaway.
In any event I certainly see plenty of other people linking youtube videos in giveaway descriptions without getting suspended.
