what do we say to the god of pre-orders ?
I already have a controller (ebay, unofficial xbox360).
I dont use it that often at all so 70 euros is a bit too much for me

I actually preordered it and already got Rocket League (and Portal 2 ; my first giveaway).
I read some reviews (especially the one from Rock Paper Shotgun) and I have the feeling that the way it handles is quite near to an Xbox 360 controller, except for the positioning of the buttons. It's thick but I have big hands.
The real reason I was so excited is that in the late 90's, I had the Microsoft Sidewinder Dual Strike and I loved it. Half controller / half mouse. I found it fantastic, especially for Deus Ex. You could bind all the buttons as you wanted and the handling was really neat. And the Steam Controller seems to handle even better.

Didn't have much to test, first impression is positive, but it seems like configuration is bugged for me and games stop responding if you change settings.
- Bumpers require a lot of force to press, might be issue if game requires constant usage

One thing I've learned about products, try to avoid first gen, see consoles after a while they got slimer and with bigger HDD, also the infamous original xbox huge controller

I know that feeling, last time I had that feeling I preordered GTA5 D: (well, I actually enjoyed it)
The only thing that stops me is missing info regarding warranty and shipment
