Hi . I requested a new winner about 28 days ago... No one accepted the request... No one else commented on my ticket... It's unusual.

Why do I have to wait one month for a simple request ?

those request usually take a few hours up to 2 days. i have one myself right now, waiting for over a week now. first time this takes so long.

well i contacted support and take 5 days and get responded...then i have a problem and contacted again...but between the last contact i submited a ticket that no one responded too.. Just wait :p.

Higher ticket volume + holidays + less active mod staff + waiting on SGv2 when we have more tools to take care of certain issues

238 pending re-roll requests. You can put a chunk of the blame on me, and my Binding of Isaac: Rebirth addiction.

I seemed to go through the re-rolls more than any other mod, and since I took a break, they've really piled up.
