Hardest Achievement?

Half Life 2 : Episode One - The One Free Bullet.

I really CANNOT do that one. The final part of the game, where you have to defend the survivors going to the train ( And the running to the train and not getting killed by the fucking striders ) really gets to me. I might be able to get it at some point

Dishonored , Dunwall Trials dlc "Daredevil" , almost 12 hours try and not yet I have all my Dishonored achievements except dat ;((

Hardest Achievement? "Being Alive" unlocked in Real Life.

For me, Mortal Kombat's "Complete all challenges in the challenge tower". Especially without controller. Screw that achievement. :C

Trying to get multiplayer achievements, realizes mp is dead or server shutdown etc.

Id say La Mulana complete it in hard hard mode including hell temple under 10 hours, gl

Took me over 240 hours to grind out an achievement for Tidalis. You had to make streams move over 380 million pixels, only way to do it was to make a level that kept running in the background in the level editor. Silly achievement, I wouldnt've done it if it wasn't the last one I needed.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - King of the Kill

and it's my last achievement in cs:go to :|

The one I'm having the hardest time with is Caress of Steel from Ys Origin. Hardest one I've earned was Grace Under Pressure from the same game.

That one involves beating time attack on nightmare difficulty with all versions of all characters. 2 versions, 4 characters in total, so you have to pull it off 8 times. I've gotten two out of the eight and that was already quite a feat because nightmare time attack is quite hard. You get Grace Under Pressure once you've done it with one character and I was amazed enough to have gotten that, it took numerous attempts and is a big part of why I have 600+ hours of play in that game.
