I can't thank for my won game (kind of fixed)

I recently won a game, but as i was as usual going to thank the kind sir/madame for the giveaway i got an error page.
So i tried to remember where exactly i entered the giveaway (through browser history) but i can't find it. SO i don't know the username or something else, only the url of the won game. I can't enter, because NOW?!? i am not on the whitelist.
So dear lovely person on the other end of the earth (probably) i want to thank you for the key and the lovley game you gave me.
