Is Chivalry: Medieval Warfare worth it at 50% off?

I got it at the last sale(daily)...at first I thought I made a huge mistake and I blamed myself but after that I just started to like it...Its a good game if you want a lot of fun slicing heads and things like that...

It's very fun when you get the hang of it. But it feels like a mod (it comes from age of chivalry, HL2 MOD). It lacks polish. I would recomend waiting.... but it maybe dead by then.

I got 17€ right now to spend, so should I, or should I not? Not getting more til' in a week.

Try to organice a 4-pack. It will be cheaper that way. And yeah it's lots of fun but with quite a stiff learning curve.

It looks like lot of fun! I've actually seen it cheaper though. A while back it was at least -50% on GMG, plus they had a 30% voucher. It's not a huge difference, but I'll wait for another deal like that before I make a purchase.

If you can get a feel of the core combat, then yes. Its one of the most satisfying mp games I've played.

Watching videos on youtube. Does it have like a leveling system or similar? Progression on any kind?

It's good, but talk about a steep learning curve. Try to avoid deathmatch unless you're pretty damn good. Last time I played deathmatch I was 1/11.

So yeah it's worth it- if you can put time into it, a LOT of time.

I played the mod - Age of Chivalry with my friends and we had so much fun. I imagine that you will have even more fun with this game. You should definitely buy it if you have someone to play it with.

But seriously there is a lot of game tactics and weapons to use which makes duels very fun. That's the part that I really like about it.

Rough around the edges. But you can't expect much else from an indie team of less than 10 people who all work overseas with eachother. It's incredibly polished when you take that into account. Insanely fun, and big big (free) update coming January adding much much more content that I can't wait for.

Got Chivalry on a giveaway, waiting to my crappy internet download it on Steam - i'm eager to play the game. There is only MP or have single player as well?
