I type in a very strict format tho. It’s always, quite frankly; Thanks!!:) Sometimes I change it up according to the situation but if you’re busy and rushing, and at work, or on mobile, or all of the above, I feel a thanks or thank you is good enough. Not everyone are bots and there are many who don’t reply as well.

The times have changed, things are different now than the SG V1 days where saying thanks was encouraged and a good comment/gibs entered ratio was seen as desirable (even required by some groups), and there were no notifications for giveaway comments. I doubt many people use scripts for commenting now and we also don't see stuff like this anymore:

Why would you believe that implementing a simple captcha would stop all bots?
Considering it's 2017 a simple captcha (the kind you still find on tons of comment sections) can be worked around with decent enough bot and scripting.

those bypass scripts must be really stupid simulating a real user makes the bot working very slow also i doubt it that you can bypass it everytime ( i am not a robot checkbox )

I think it's a pity that people stopped thanking because some gifters blacklist for that. If someone posts thanks, I thank them for that in return. I hope it encourages some more to thank.
