In general a nice idea but lvl 0 is a NOGO for me because it means that 40% of accounts with infractions can enter the GA's.

With all due respect - as much as i like comm trains, i don't think it's a great idea now.
The last comm train was not long ago. Not many keys could have been saved for such an event. And what could have been saved might already been committed to advent calendars or other xmas events.
It seemed like a yearly thing for me, which makes sense if we want a long train.
At least that's my 2 cents.

But why do it now when we already have an advent calendar event and, more importantly, a traditional gift boxes event going on? Why not wait at least for a month or two? The previous community train ended literally just 2 month ago, after all.

Hi, i love Xmas as a time for giving and what better way to give in this community than give in the form of a train - where anyone who wants can add a cart to the train or carts of course no limit you could add one or 100 if you want
I think this is a great way to get both the season of giving (for people who don't have anyone to share Christmas gifts with) and receiving
The Rules
1 - anything goes (freebies, 1 pointers, dlc anything) - anything can be added it does not have to be the latest and greatest , just what people have to give/share
2 -EDIT: max of level 3 - so we can let people join who give back to the community
3 - must last until 31 December (anytime as people in different regions have different time zones)
4 - make sure they are invite only of course so people see the thread and have a chance to add something if they want
