The background is transparent by the way. And I made it so it looked better on darker backgrounds like Steam's.

I do agree with you, though i think the logo looks very cool.
Sometimes people have an idea and get amazed by something different and prefer that even better, it might not be really fair but i can understand the OP.

OP should have the decency to post that the contest is over though and show the winning logo.
