just saying - the ratio part is about in-group ratio, not SG ratio (while having a good SG ratio is surely a good thing to have to get picked in group recruitments). But the rule basically means that you must keep 0.5 ratio in group - aka for every 2 GAs won you have to give back at least 1 group GA that someone enters ;)

Gezeugt, geboren und aufgewachsen in der DDR. Die Wende kam zu frueh , so konnte meine Indoktrinierung nicht vollständig abgeschlossen werden. Bin inzwischen zum imperialistischen Klassenfeind ausgewandert.

Wunderbar. Ich selber bin leider zu jung um behaupten zu können hier aufgewachsen zu sein. Ich bin gerade mal so eben noch in der DDR geboren. Aber schön das man auch mal jemanden sieht der seine Herkunft nicht verleugnet.
Das mit dem imperialistischen Ausland habe ich probiert, hat mir nicht gefallen.
Arbeite und lebe jetzt wieder in der Heimat, bin jedoch beim kapitalistischen Klassenfeind angestellt.

Well I did/ still do the lazy variant of what tris did. Putting +1 to everyone I recognised instantly as someone whom I've encountered before on sg and who would be a good fit. No offence to people I've forgotten (or just don't know yet) ^^
