my thoughts exactly, I dont have a mobile device, so it would only come out when I have my laptop and am somewhere for an extended period of time with a good internet connection. if it was like 1-2 dollars a month I would have probably bought in.
Still down the line it may lead to something pretty ballin' if it takes off, as of now though, OnLive's video quality hasn't improved much since they launched. if your screen has a higher resolution than 1280x960 it will most likely look like crap.

Hey everyone, I just noticed that nobody has made any thread about Onlive's new cloudlift service.
It seemed pretty neat to me in concept, so I figured I would share it and hear some others opinions about it.
Cloudlift is a cloud streaming service that lets you play your previously purchased steam games from anywhere including mobile devices with high graphics fidelity, much like their older services, this varies depending on your internet connection speed. It also saves games directly to your steam cloud and loads games from your steam cloud, so you can play your game at home or on the go.
Personally I think its a bit too pricey (15/mo) for something I would use maybe two or three times a month, but it really sounds like a great idea, Unfortunately the supported games are pretty limited now as well, but hopefully it takes on, because that would be an awesome addition to Steam.
On a side note, games with Cloudlift enabled also give you steam keys from the Onlive store. huh...
so has anyone else heard of this? I thought Onlive was dead after they filed for restructuring bankruptcy and have not updated their store since rogue legacy was put on it back in August last year. that and with Gaikai getting backing from Sony.
