My recommendation: get Apocalypse and Cyberpunk for free and maybe buy Pets or HGTV (HGTV looks like the best value for content)

Garden DLC is actually the only essential one, without it you are unable to mow lawns around houses, with it each house you renovate can be surrounded with garden that also raises a sell price considerably. Honestly, this one should have been a free update.

I missed out on the Humble Bundle House Flipper bundle, but picked up House Flipper in this current Steam Sale. With Christmas and needing to get things for the family, I'm limiting myself to getting only 1 of the dlc. There's not much info on the wiki or through any searches of just what adds what, so I would love some advice on which one to choose. Thanks in advance. :)
