How to contact giveaway creator that has blacklisted me

So, apparently I won this GA:
http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/RcezV/bastion

He sent me the key, but it's duplicated.
But the author blacklisted me for having played games that are Windows-only (it was a Linux GA).

Apparently it doesn't matter that I have Linux as my desktop since 2002, or that I am a contributor on several OSS projects, OpenStreetMap contributor, etc. I bought Payday 2 and Rocket League because these games were promised to have a Linux release soon (Q1 2016).

But each one blacklist people for his own reasons... Anyway, is there a way to at least contact the author?

add on steam.
post on steam profile/screenshot.
find a post by him on sg and reply (google "site:steamgifts.com username").

Add them in steam. If you need to find out who the user was log out of steamgifts to see the giveaway page or open an incognito tab

Leave a comment on his Steam profile if his privacy settings allow it, add him on Steam or reply to a comment he made in the discussions or another giveaway

I mistakenly sent an empty discussion with only the title. I've edit my post now.

The problem I have is that I can't enter the GA and look for the author. I don't have his name.
