With this money you could buy a GTX 760 or like Lessmessino is saying the amd R9 285

It's just over your budget, but get the GTX 970. It's pretty much the best value for money you can get.

Get the r9 280, or the 285 if you happen to find it within your budget.

Could pick up a used GTX 670 from a private seller for 170-200.
