I got one for Crusader Kings II a few days ago. Tried to sell it, but no one seemed interested. Ended up unpacking it and selling the cards individually.

Just got my first one (The Binding of Isaac) and I wasn't even logged into Steam at the time (maybe received it overnight?). I also haven't crafted any badges yet, so don't think that's a factor at all, just complete randomness. Now I'm trying to decide if I should sell or open. Probably the latter because I don't give a shit about the market place.
