Starvoid isnt working for me

i won the game in a giveaway. when i am starting the game its loading and then it says "The application must exit immediately"
pls somebody help me i dont know what to do

You post that it has an error but tell nothing about what exactly happens, what specs you have etc etc. Nobody can help you like that.
