Post-Giveaway: awaiting user response for a couple of days now

Hey everyone,

if this is not the right place for the inquiry then please remove or redirect it.

my problem:
on friday i made a giveaway and sent the prize (gift in steam) to the email-address of the winner. until now, there has not been any kind of response. i wrote the guy an email whether he has received the gift and did not get a reply so far. The menu in Steamgifts also still says "awaiting user response".

I don't want to accuse anyone, but is it possible that the guy simply grabbed the gift and left the giveaway behind without confirming that he has received it? The item's value on steam was only 3$ so it's not too critical, but still i would like to have the contribution noted on Steamgifts so i can participate in Contrib-giveaways for example. that's all. Giving things away to people isn't much fun this way.

i hope you guys can tell what i should do in this case.

The winner has 1 week to activate the gift and mark it as received. If they haven't done that by then, keep trying to get in contact with the winner, and open up a ticket in Support explaining the situation.
