Do you think that a deleted giveaway page should remain accessible somewhere?
+1 it could happen to public GA creators who open an AAA and then closed for any-reason

I'm not sure that would create harassment. It is already possible to see in the archive section if a giveaway has been deleted and by whom, and leaving a message on an old giveaway (another one) is already possible and a priori no one is currently harassed.
Furthermore, to harass someone by leaving messages on the deleted giveaway, you would have to anticipate and keep a link to the giveaway in the browser's favorites, or go look for it yourself in the Archive section... Not sure many people would do that. And I think harassers would be sanctioned by mods anyway if that happened.
Also, what if the ability to leave new messages on deleted giveaway pages was disabled? It would be a little less practical, but the possible problem of harassment could no longer arise.

I don't really like it when the mistakes stay forever, moreover that we already lose a slot GA when we delete.
But i can understand your reasons (even if i failed twice the GA creation this morning for incorrect region-restrictions and failed timer)
Also what happened to PoeticKatana is indeed an excellent reason.

They are already staying forever (somehow). It is already possible to see in the archive section if a giveaway has been deleted and by whom (but the page of the giveaway itself is not visible). There even is an filter option to see only deleted giveaways.

I would say 6 months or so is enough for deletions. Honestly, I don't see why you'd need a longer archive for those, but some might want to really do some "accounting" calculations or whatnot... 6-9 months should cover most scenarios (a year seems too long to be frank). There is, indeed, no real reason to have it any longer than 6m. Why does it matter that a GA was deleted 4 years ago by user X for app Y? Seeing one from 4 months ago might be a different situation.

It would be nice to have such archive. In case like an incident that faced some time ago PoeticKatana, when his winner told him to delete giveaway after he used key on alt. Cause I believe there are more such cases, but creators agree to delete.

It's great to be able to delete a giveaway that have a problem (especially if it's done before a winner is chosen).
But doing that also deletes all its content, including messages from the creator or other users which is my main concern here..
Sometimes I warn a giveaway creator about a potential problem with their giveaway (usually about missing regional restrictions), which has often resulted in a reply message from them, followed by the deletion of the giveaway. That's fine. But every time that happens, I can't see the reply message because it has been deleted with the giveaway (all I see is the new message icon with nothing behind it).
Pages of (successfully) completed giveaways are already fully visible and accessible in the Giveaway Archive section. And it should be the same for pages of deleted giveaways - they just need to have a disabled entry button and probably a message somewhere to indicate that it is a deleted GA (and why it has been deleted). Keeping those pages accessible would preserve of their content (I think it might even be useful for moderators sometimes), and prevent people from receiving messages that cannot be seen.
