Hope you're not doing it for the brazilian steam store. you probably are getting banned if you do (buy on the br store) that.

I'm brazilian and the prices here are really lower, since our money fall a lot the value compared with the usd. I created a lot of giveaways and had no locked region on my gifts, so I think is not like russian games.

I use SumRando to play a Brazil only game, it is a bit slow but if you are going to use it to activate a game, it shouldnt be a problem (not a speed problem, but you might get banned anyway)
