so i just bought something from nuuvem through paypal.

the money has been taken out, i never got a key in my email, the game never showed up in my nuuvem games section and now when i try to log in it won't let me

i also cant speak portuguese, so messaging their help is useless.

does anyone have any suggestions?

every time i request a new pw and try to log in, it tells me my details are wrong :(
