There was one fuck you, one ~ I already made the situation as transparent as possible, why you attack me, fuck you, and one about moving the list to a private discord server so the 33 (?) people can access it without a shady host. So just shifted the stolen stuff while knowing it's shady, but oh-so innocent.

I'm not defending anybody, the guy screwed up and we all know it, but there is no reason to feast on his bad like a bunch of clowns dancing in a circle while laughing like morons. He got enough of negativity in last few hours, you could act like a grown-up for once and stop being passive aggressive towards every single person you can make fun of. Inability to defend his own ass in normal grown-up manner is enough of punishment.

Not really poor, he brought that on him on his own, by trusting people he should not trust in the first place. I did similar mistake in the past, but with much smaller fallout, barely anybody knows what happened back then.
The real story is plain simple - some moron posted a sendfile link to stolen keys on ASF group, our screw up guy mirrored it in a txt file and uploaded on his own server to share on discord, then somebody leaked it and put on reddit. That wasn't neither smart nor good, and I believe he learnt his lesson by now. I'd be a moron if I defended him or this situation - it was awfully wrong to begin with, but I was not there to react in time and remove the mess before it escalated to reddit.
Try to imagine yourself in his own shoes. It's not really any different from being falsely accused of thief. Everybody already has his/her own opinion about that situation, you see yourself - you don't even want to believe his words.

Also I wouldn't bully you for sharing keys with your friends, same as I wouldn't bully you if you found a 50$ bill on the ground and decided to share it among everybody you'd consider worthy.

Alright, I take a break from pressure washing some crap outside to have lunch and find the forum has some new drama.
I don't really know the full story to this, but that doesn't matter if I just want to put an end to arguments. Cut out the drama and act like adults. If people still want to argue, ignore them. If people keep going on, then I'll just close the topic and hand out suspensions to those who don't want to listen.
I'm going to paste this on a reply to everyone I see that needs to be told this.

Right, done. I've also spoken to a forum member that some people want to blame. None of you are to continue this argument. Show some maturity before mods have to crack down. If this is still an issue when I next take a break, people will be taking a holiday.

These are the interactions involved:
You: Activate [legitimate] Game 123ABC -> Success!
You: Attempt to Activate [stolen] Game 789XYZ -> Failure!
Dev: Attempt to Revoke [stolen] Game 789XYZ -> Success [from actual account it was activated on]!
Steam allows you to activate any number of licenses for the same game (so long as the licenses are for different versions), without those activations removing any previous ones from your account. During revocations, a dev doesn't directly interact with your account, they simply have Steam disable any illicitly obtained licenses. Likewise, there's no interaction between any two licenses (and so, what affects one, doesn't affect the other).
Or, if that explanation is too confusing; to quote stlpaul from one page back:
Nope, the original base game you acquired legitimately would still remain on your account after the "preorder version" was removed since they are 2 different licenses.
