if you have any activation key for a steam product you own take a picture where the key can be seen perfectly and send it to steam support, explaining that it has been stolen and both email and password were changed. this has happened to me and a friend and this solution seems to work fine. They can use the key to lnk it to your account and confirm your story and give you the new password so you can log in and change it and your email back. In the future activate steamguard if it wasnt activated yet. If it was and you still got it stolen change your email passord as well since they had to go to it to get the steamguard code.

thats true if it really is a normal account hack.i just am wondering how it can happen to someone who isnt reckless(not clicking scam links,keeping privacy/security at an high level)..there just must have been something that you overlooked
