December was a good month for me around here. My November luck was a whopping -4.07 gifts, but I'm at +3.35 gifts this month, on top of 2 1-entry wins in some group stuff. Backlog's getting heavy, gotta start playing some of 'em...
Also, contemplating alternating weeks between bigger giveaways here via puzzle, and Humble Monthly giveaways in my group, since giving stuff away EVERY week (on top of a few groups I'm in) is a lot, but we'll see. I'll think on it.

Thanks for a new week of Quizes! I have a suggestion and also a question (not about the quiz itself)
Suggestion: Maybe this is more bothersome than helpful and idk if other solvers may agree with me, but i have this thread bookmarked and i never know when there will be a new giveaway, so maybe a good idea would be to add a little counter at the bottom or top of the Previous GA's list (or wherever) with a date for the next GA, would be a nice little touch in my opinion, if not, it's okay, i check it daily eitherway hahaha.
Question: Does anybody else get a warning about 2solve.me when entering any quiz? I get a warning about it being an unsafe site, maybe Opera is just bugging out, but idk, just wondering.
Haven't even started the puzzle yet, will give it a try for a while and if i get stuck i will go sleep for a bit, im tired af, thanks again! :)

I do mention when a giveaway's ending (and thus you can figure out when the next one's coming), but I see your point, maybe I'll put something in the thread title or something like that when I add a giveaway.
And yeah, seems like they didn't renew their security certificate or something, but not a big deal unless you're somehow putting your credit card info in, lol

Definitely a harder one this time! Personally stuck on Q3 and Q5. I think I know what Q3 is referring to, but can't seem to find the common denominator. Q5 I have no idea, everything I throw at it is wrong. Maybe I'm thinking too literal?

Im having real trouble with the 5th question, and im having trouble finding game lists, would it be ok if you gave one more little hint? Like for example, what year is the game of which it forms a part of (Like you said on a comment above) Or maybe, is it a game-specific weapon name or is it actually an irl gun name? all of the characters referenced in q3 are from EXTREMELY popular games, if you know even one of them it really shouldn't be that hard to guess from there

I've been at it for 4 days, I'm ~99% (alright maybe 90%) sure I know the characters, so I question that last part lol 😂
The new hint for Q5 above helped a lot, but Q3 is still alluding me 🤷♂️

Howdy, gang! I've been enjoying making weekly giveaways via small puzzles, and if I keep doing it, making a thread for each one is gonna end up being a total mess in the forums, sooo I figured I'd keep it all in here! Every week, more or less, I'll put up a new 2solve puzzle that leads to a pretty good game - most of the time I'll just outright be buying some cool stuff, I could make y'all go through the extra hoops to get some bundled games, but ehhh. I wanna go above and beyond. Down below'll be the write-up for the newest puzzle, then below that'll be a little chart with the puzzles from past giveaways, if you feel like giving 'em a try for the fun of it. Most of my puzzles are pretty simple - connecting themes, usually related to the game itself. While my puzzles will always be solvable with a bit of thinking or research, I'll fully admit: if you're a fan of the series/game I'm giving away, you'll probably be a bit more likely to figure it out. That's somewhat intentional - while it'll never be a requirement to solve things, as past participants can attest, it's nice for games to go to people who'll enjoy them! Not just collectors. If you're stuck on the current puzzle, and you haven't done the old ones, try 'em. Might help you figure out how my brain works.

Here lies giveaways from the past. A nice and simple chart, game given, link to its puzzle, and the solve percentage and entrants, mostly for the hell of it. I like to keep track of that kind of thing. Numbers are cool. Most recent giveaways are at the top, older at the bottom!
