Brink

It's sad because it came out this year.

So did Duke Nukem. Talk about flops.

I've heard multiplayer is fun.

It's a washed out game in both single and multiplayer. There's too much focus on the basic mechanics of the game and not enough focus on every other aspect such as the story and AI.

I am enjoying the game. If it wouldn't be slow and laggy as crap on my PC, I would play it more.

Its a decent game, however counterstrike it is not, nor is it a COD (not that COD is that great...), however I feel brink is worth the 6.25. While the story is lacking, it is more of an MP game with the SP meant more for practice. Brink is still rather fun in SP though.

The game is free to play for the weekend. The normal course of action is to install it and decide if you're having fun.

Don't even consider getting it if you have an AMD graphics card. I'm sure someone might like it enough to justify the price (if anyone still actually played it online) but there's so many better games you can get for $6 nowadays.

I bought it for 3-4 quid since I heard some good stuff about it in the past - but it's been quite a steep fall for such a heavily marketed game.

I hated it.. Played it on 360 for a while, got it on Steam as well, it's terrible... I wish I could gift you my copy :(

Hate this game, the way the character controls is horrible, feels like I am a robot. Clunky as hell.

I gave it a chance, this is the 2nd time I saw it go free weekend also.

I like it, it's not the best but I'm having fun with it. It does feel really stiff though.

In terms of a game to take seriously, it's bad. Yet jumping on it for a quick 30 minute session every now and then is fun.

I'd like to throw out a quick comment: This game isn't CoD! If you're looking for a spawn-camping fragfest then stick to CoD. This is an objective-oriented shooter that more closely resembles TF2 or L4D (in concept, not necessarily gameplay).

If you're going to compare two games then make sure you make a good comparison.

I enjoyed the campaign (which are basically all the MP maps, but done in a specific order to follow the story), and love the character design and customization, but the MP iself isnt that good.

When I play it, the gameplay is around 25 FPS which is laggy.. I hate tha sound, the sound is laggy, wierd (it change volume without knowing ), but the Gameplay is fun. I got an pc where I play MW3 without lagg, and brink laggs as shit :S
