Time schedule manager?

Does anyone know a good time management/schedule program? I've been using online tools so far, but often I can't download it to my drive or scroll back to look at stuff I've already done ^^

Advice is appreciated.

A... calendar, maybe? I use Calvetica on my phone... I'd say Fantastical, but not sure if it has a Windows port. Wunderlist covers most of my needs though.

I check the ones suggested so far out :3. It's meant for on the laptop, running windows 7 ^^ I'd like a timetable per hour, my life is quite hectic.. xD

So far it looks quite good! I also like that it's freeware. I just hope it doesn't crash with all my freshly created tasks xD.
