Try out the demo instead.

Wait... so have you actually played any RTS games before? I hope you know that RTS is a completely different genre from RTT and TBS.

Don't get me wrong, I dislike RTS as well, but I love TBS.

You do not like strategy games, but you've never played a game in some strategy genres. Hence you cannot use a blanket statement for all strategy games.

I'm not a strategic person, okay? I hate slow games, and games that require 10+ minutes of farming a resource (Starcraft) or building up a team.

I enjoy actiony strategy games like MOBAs, and I'm horrible at those.

I LOVE strategy, but I understand you not being into them. And Europa Universalis would definitely not be the best place to start.

Don't worry about it, I think most people would give it five minutes then uninstall.

It's one of those niche games, some kind of gaming drug that only 1% of the population can get hooked on. For everyone else it's ugly and boring and ... etc. :)

Thankfully steam doesn't keep track of how many hundreds of hours I have wasted playing paradox's stuff... :)

Also thankful there was no pre-order option for Magna Mundi, dodged a bullet there... :)
