I have a few physical games on my library (Bioshock 2, AC 1 and Brotherhood, Dead Space and RE4, i dont enter those Giveaways so dont worry).
My question here for all of you is : Do you still buy physical games ? After getting to know Steam, i rarely buy a physical game since they are kinda expensive where i live (Mexico, IE: Halo 2 PC still 50 dollars).
So, what do you say ? Still getting old disc and shiny manuals and case ?

This, especially for games with huge download size assuming if it have a retail copy since lots of games are going digital only.

Not anymore, it's just way easier to buy them on steam, since you can have them any were steam is. + I always put my physical games somewhere and lose them :D

I buy them if they have Steam keys and are either cheap or not on Steam anymore. Otherwise, probably not. There are a few non-Steam games I would consider, but I haven't bought yet and probably only would if they went on sale really cheap. In most cases, I would still probably go digital, unless the it somehow went cheaper.

Maybe FIFA for Xbox last year, can't really think of anything else for a few years.

I don't even have an CD/DVD-ROM these days; I only buy physical games if they have an awesome collector's edition (Shogun 2 for example).

For PS3 and x360 yes.

For PC I tend to avoid them if I can, the last one I remember buying was Diablo III at the release day

Yes, but not for PC. I recently bought Dead or Alive: Dimensions and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. But yes, if i find the retail price good, buying boxed PC games as well. For example last year i bought Operation Flashpoint: Red River and DiRT 3 for $2,5 each. Also boxed Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is approx. $10 here, naturally Steamworks.

In Turkey boxed games are robbery. Especially console games and well-known-titles like Pokémon, Call of Duty etc.

Actually, I don't, well, only for console games, never for PC though, I actually miss going in store and buying it, for PC, I mean, as most come in an actual box, but I refuse to be taken for a fool just because I would like the box..

Funny thing is though, all the previous games that I actually bought, which came in physical boxes just sit in my closest, pushed to the back, never to be seen, and when I do see them, I complain to myself about how annoying and space they take up lol.

Only if they are dirt cheap. For example, I recently bought the Spellforce Universe Pack for 2E. Otherwise, not really.
