Esta solo disponible para Latino America y Estados Unidos, sino necesitas engañar el sistema para obtener una llave, pero la llave no se activara fuera de esas regiones igualmente.

No, I got the spanish message. Since the key can only be used in an US created account - according to what sviat wrote up above (or down below for those not using Steamgifts+) - I decided to bother no further ;)

what country I need to select in Hola! addon to make this work?

Ok I tricked that shit:

Install Hola! addon and on Twitter settings change your location to Mexico for example.
When on that site select Mexico for example in Hola! Addon
Log in through Twitter, follow them, on the question select "ciberlobo dorado"
Tweet it.
get your key.
Don't forget to copy and paste it in a text file, because it won't be displayed again.

NOTE: I recommend you deleting cookies of "gamer64" after selecting Mexico in Hola! Addon. If something doesn't work deleting cookies should do the trick.

Edit: after everything, Battle.net says me that I can activate this code only in an account created in US.
