You go to official clicky writings exchange office. They pay 2 gifs for 1 clicky writing.

Well, you have to check the formatting guides of different sites to know exactly how to do it there. The most commonly used one(like Megagiga said above) is [url=www.wegpage.com]TEXT[/url] but as you see, some sites(like SG :) ) use a different format. There is no universal format unfortunately.
