Support has, in the past, usually been much more generous to people saying "You should delete this because it's against the rules, here's why" than against people who just call out because in this case it's explaining why and stating a rule. Calling out is against the rules if you opened a new thread saying "USER X DID Y THAT'S AGAINST THE RULES BAN PLOX" or brought the matter into a new place, not just giving advice in a thread.
