I bought games in the summer sale and steam guard has been enabled for as long as I have had my account.
EDIT: But I am not premium and a few items I have a not tradeable but I got some items that are tradeable for medal of honor.

After looking at the description of my items that where tradeable, they seem not to be anymore.

TF2 items may get cheaper during the Winter Sale, and about your other question, not all items can be sold on the New Market... Only keys, paints, crates, decals, tags, and other tools can be posted on the Market to prevent useless confusion because there are a lot of existing items, and it would have been a complicated system otherwise

Why can't I sell anything in the Team Fortress 2 market, I am not a premium member and how can this be achieved? I bought a supply crate for £0.02 and was I can sell that.
Also can anyone tell me if tf2 keys become cheaper during the Christmas sale and if so by how much?
