Am i the only one who have this problem?

When im trying to enter any source game (Tf2,cs:s) it says

"This game is currently unavailable,please try again in another time"

Anyone? i hope Im not the only one :S

also i just downloaded tf2 (again) and when I try to open it the AVG pops out and says that the Steam.EXE is torjan O:

Disable AVG and try again, if that doesn't work try to verify the game files.

When I get this, I restart Steam and problem is solved... Scan the steam.exe with the another anti-virus, it may be a false detection. Try 'Malwarebytes Anti-Malware' and 'SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition'. These are without real-time protection (if you own free edition), so they will be your secondary anti-viruses. These two are really good.
