Which one is the most overrated bands of all time.
Love Radiohead, but considering most people know them for "Creep", i will say that song is terrible the entire album "pablo honey" is terrible, but hey they had to start somewhere and that was before Thom Yorke was part of the band
Didn't vote for any of them, i would if you could add Guns n roses

I believe lots of people don't get 'overrated' right.
Many say it as sinonym of 'bad'; So many hear/read it the same way. Saying something is overrated doens't mean its bad... quite the contrary, most of the most influential (and great) works become overrated, since people have a tendency to praise then ever more (and it increases over time).
For me all in the list are important bands, most great (even the ones i don't like).
And all are overrated- mostly because they're actually good- but fans start raising stuff like divine, heaven's sent, way more then reality.
From the list (and my taste) U2 is the worst- i mean, they're good and have their niche, but i wouldn't compare then to the rest of the list.
BUT the most overrated have to be Nirvana.
Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin are probably second to Nirvana in overratedness (tought i love then, and way more). But they do get unrealistic praise.

Feels like you're just trying to start arguments here? I might be wrong. Just feels like that's what you're doing. :P

IMO every business band is over rated. I can live my life happy without any of them and i don't even listen to radio, most of the music i hear is not even known to the general public and most people don't even know it exists. When i hear that people pay 80€ to see a band in a stadium i get sick out of my stomach.

If you're down on the floor the experience is worth it. If you're up in a seat just tapping your foot...meh

I didn't go to too much concerts, but when my favourite band had a concert in my country, we were standing there for 30 minutes after the thing ended chanting for band to come back.
I think you're under impression that live concert is exactly the same thing as listening to the CD - just songs that have been recorded in a studio. But it's not - good bands do amazing and incredibly energetic performances, with improvisations you might never hear again.

What do you mean overrated? These artists managed to create something millions of people enjoy.
The only way you could call them overrated is if you compare them to prominent composers, because their work was far more complex.

Eh. I have a U2 song or two in my library, but other than that, I don't like any of the music in the poll. I don't like Queen either.
That's right, come at me.
