Steam library defaults to "tools"?

Hi steamgifts! I figured you'd have a solution for me, or at least some witty sarcasm to brighten up my day. My steam library defaults to viewing "tools" now and I cannot find a setting to fix that. How can I change it back to All Games?

Steam is being weird after the last steam client update. Some of my settings doesn't save and i must re-do them each time i launch the app

Dunno what to do , i asked on Steam forums but no solution. Others seem to experience weirdness too.

in your settings under "interface" you can pick which page to display on start up...be it "library" or store" and so on, .

Yes but it doesn't allow you to choose what subsection of library.

there's a set task bar jump list at the bottom of the interface tab...is that it?
