A problem with the Guild Wars 2 free weekend

I've seen that the free weekend has started, but I cant sign up...
It says I've already signed up for a trial before, so all I need to do is to logg into my account.. (Okay, fine..>)

I cant remember my password, and when I try to reset it, it asks for my game CD key, which I never recieved, BECAUSE ITS A TRIAL...

What can I do, beside creating a new account, with a different email ?

It also asks a character's name. If you remember it, good. If not, new account I guess. I played last years trial too and don't remember my password or my char's name :P . I think I wont download it..

IMO the size of the game is a bigger problem. I can download with like 1 gigabyte / hour. So it takes me 25-30 hours to download the whole game. I will finish downloading it it 2-3 days and will only have 1 day to play it before starting the 12 hour work / day basis next week.

Well, once I downloaded it (Took like 14h) and it lagged as hell. I couldn't play it so I uninstalled it.
