I'm pretty sure he's asking where at the show they might be giving out free things, like shirts, toys, codes, and other free junk. Like maybe a certain publisher booth is giving out free shirts to all who come by until they run out or something along those lines.

ArenaNet will hand out a limited ingame Item for Guild Wars 2:
"Zudem gibt ArenaNet auf der gamescom in der ArenaNet-Chillout-Lounge in der Halle 8 Codes für Ingame-Gegenstände aus. ArenaNet veröffentlicht täglich vom 15. bis 19. August 2012 auf dem Twitter-Kanal von Guild Wars 2 ein Passwort, das man am Stand nennen muss. Riot Games(League of Legends) will be giving people codes for in-game skins, Full Metal Rammus, Riot Graves and maybe K-9 Riot Nasus(I didn't quite understand if this would be the last time he is available or if he is already unavailable) . Riot Graves is only available during special events such as Gamescom and Pax, etc. Each of these skins can easily go for ~$10 bucks on ebay and such, or simply given to a friend who will forever love you.
