Yes, you can. It's not a cakewalk. When there are 1000 people entered to win, you've got a .1% chance to win. It takes time.

Man, offering to sell your Steam account sucks the big one, and should be worthy of a Steamgifts ban straight off the bat.

Yes you can. I've won 12 giveaways and have the games all in my library and have enjoyed the ones I have had a chance to play quite a bit so far. You just need to enter more giveaways to give yourself more chances to win. I didn't win my first one until around 450 or so giveaways entered.

Seriously, though, I don't get how people can complain about not winning. It's an über-small chance you'll actually win anything. I've found it seems to average out to one win for every ~400-500 entries you have.
