[Giveaway]Can't remember the name of a film

hi,
I red the Thread from PyroKorwin about old games where you can't remember the name of.
But i actually know the names of all important games i played in my youth xD.
So i decided to steal his thread to get the name of a film i watched about 8 year ago at television, but i had to go after 15 minutes. Now i don't know how the film is ending^^.
here is what i still can remember:

I was watching it on the ZDF (german television channel) mondays at 22.15 around 8-12 years ago.
It started with an introduction of two members of a bomb defusing squad, I think it was a woman and a man. They were joking and known each other for a longer time. I thought they would be the main charachters. than they had to defuse a bomb in the basement of a large building (maybe a skyscraper?!) and they had to choose betwen several different wires. I thought how lame is that, the bomb will go off in 15 secondes and they're going to defuse it 2 seconds befor it goes off, but no: It just explode, because they choose the wrong wire^^.
than i had to stop watching.

This was really unexspected, because all introduced charackters are dead after 15min of the film. Now I cant remember the name, but i would like to watch it again.

In my Inventory lies a copy of Civilisation 5 (yes from the Xcom preorder :P ) and i will give it away in a privat giveaway for the person who is so kind to help me in this matter ;) .
