I think I saw SteamGifts under the networked sites of SteamTrades.

When my friend told me that he had "won" Dirt 3 here.

Holiday Event, on the trading forums, someone was doing a giveaway and announce it there.

A friend actually told me about it. He had been using it to try and win Dota2 beta keys, and totally forgot to tell me even though I wanted to get in the beta as well. He only remembered about it after I got a key.

Heh it's funny i got an invite as a bonus from a trade and like 2 weeks after Invites got removed :P
