The only ones I know of is Starling and Cocos, there is also the free version of Unity which I would definitely suggest even though I don't have really any knowledge of this. But they seem to have a strong community and I've even seen a tutorial to make Infinite Runner like game on it. So might be what you are looking for?
I guess you could always just do it in Java with the Android SDK, but it would probably depend on what features you need, what you want to do, and how far you want to go into it.

So, I'm interested in making some games for android, nothing really complex, simple games like infinte runner etc..
Does anybody have any leads how to do it, or some tutorials?
I saw something about Java, but I'm not sure if it's a good way to go, neither I've found good tutorials on it.
I tried using programs like Construct 2, but after converting to .apk they have horrible performance.
Other native Android game makers are too expensive, so I'm interested in either free ones, or just which programming languages I should learn and write games with, links to tutorials would be nice as well. Any help is greatly appretiated.
