Could someone help me - GTA SAN Rockstar Game Launcher

Today I went to log into my Rockstar account to play the GTA SAN that they gave last year but the game is not showing up in my library in Launcher and when I go to the store it says that I have to buy the game.

Did you claim it using a different email address or auth account?

(Apart from email they support these auth services: PSN, Xbox, Facebook, Google and Twitter.)

I already tried to log in / recover the password with all the e-mails I have and the only one that enters and what is saved in my browser.
I will try to do what JFMugen says.
