When giving away games, what kind of page is it suppose to look like?

Does it have to have a page like this http://i.imgur.com/O86QzoZ.png or http://i.imgur.com/H2JAjpA.png?

Or can it be either?

i dont think it matters aslong as the winner gets the game.If you choose the second one you can actualy see if he redeems it or is holding it/trying to sell.
